REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

This Refunds and Returns Policy describes Q32 Consulting’s product return and refund practices following a product order placed through the website (q32.ca). Q32 Consulting will exchange or refund items within 30 days of purchase as long as you can provide the original receipt. All sale items are sold as-is and cannot be returned or refunded.

RETURNS

Items must be returned in their original state without any damage. To return an item, prepare it as follows:

Package up the item(s) and the original receipt in a sealed, appropriately sized box or shipping envelope.

Clearly label the package with the following information:

Drop off your package at your local post office. Please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you are returning or exchanging an item, including an item that may be damaged, contact us at jon@q32.ca within 30 days of the shipping date. Please do not ship the item until directed.

Refunds

Refunds on returned items may take up to 30 days to process.

If you made the purchase using a credit card, we will only credit the account that was used to make the original purchase. Allow up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

If you made the purchase using PayPal, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account immediately.
