Here’s a recipe to help you use your turkey and cranberry leftovers.
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Sprinkle flour on work surface and roll out pastry to 10” x 16” rectangle.
Trim if uneven and place on cookie sheet. Lightly score the edges with a knife, 1” from the edge.
Pierce the dough with a fork about ½” apart and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and cool.
Spread goat cheese across pastry.
Carefully spread cranberry sauce, then turkey, apple and season with salt and pepper.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake until pastry is golden brown and cheese is melted about 20 to 25 minutes.
