In pumpkin season this recipe makes great use of your hallowe’en pumpkin. It’s super easy and tastes fabulous. Use on your favourite breads and crackers and it makes a lovely hostess gift.
Combine all ingredients into a large saucepan.
Stir well and bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.
Transfer to sterile glass containers.
Cool and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
