Wherever we toured in Charleston on my culinary tour this past October, we encountered this spread. It’s sooooo easy, you’ll have it ready in 5 minutes!
In a bowl, stir the first six ingredients together.
Add the shredded cheeses and mix well.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Serve with crackers, baguette slices and vegetable crudités.
Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
