Hot Citrus Chicken

This one is so easy, you can have it prepared in under 30 minutes!

  • 6 Chicken Breasts, skinless and boneless, cut into 1/2 "pieces
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Orange
  • ΒΌ tsp Crushed Dried Chilies
  • pinch Grated Ginger (or 2 slices gingerroot)
  • to taste Salt and Pepper


  1. Melt butter and brown chicken for 5 minutes.

  2. Grate orange peel and squeeze juice to chicken along with the remaining ingredients.

  3. Simmer covered for 20 to 30 minutes.

  4. Adjust seasoning. Serve with pasta, quinoa or rice.
