Granola Cereal

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Oatmeal
  • ½ cup Wheat Germ
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Whole or Chopped Nuts (Walnuts/Pecans)
  • ¼ cup Sunflower/Pumpkin Seeds
  • ¼ cup Slivered or Whole Almonds
  • ½ cup Coconut
  • ½ cup Raisins/Dried Cranberries

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well.

  2. Spread on a cookie sheet lined with parchment and bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. Stir several times to break up chunks.

  4. Remove from oven and cool completely before storing in glass container.
