Chocolate Fondue with Seasonal Fruit

  • 1 Apple, cored and sliced into thin wedges (skin on)
  • 1 Pear, cored and slice into thin wedges (skin on)
  • Lemon Water (2 cups water with 2 tbsp lemon juice)
  • 2–4 oz. Your Favourite Chocolate (white/milk/dark), chopped
  • ¼ cup Liberté Lemon Yogurt (optional)


  1. Prepare fruit and immerse in lemon water.

  2. Drain well, pat dry with paper towel and place on serving plate.

  3. The lemon water will prevent the fruit from turning brown.

  4. In a microwave or fondue pot, melt the chocolate.

  5. Serve with fresh fruit and lemon yogurt.
