Slice buns in half and place on cutting board.
Cover each side of buns or bread slices with hummus or mashed fresh avocado.
Now, make sure you have the bottom of the bun and layer each bun with ½ tsp of capers if using, then slices of one hardboiled egg, slice of tomato, basil to cover the tomato slice and Bocconcini to cover the tomato and top with the top of the bun.
Bun can be eaten cold or heat in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds.
