Bananas Dipped in Chocolate with Almonds

Easy, healthy and delicious, this dessert will be popular at any time of year.

  • 4 Bananas
  • 1 ½ to 2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Chopped Sliced Almonds


  1. Peel bananas and cut each into 3 to 4 equal pieces.

  2. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler or in glass bowl in microwave for 20 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating (may take 1 minute to melt).

  3. Dip banana pieces in chocolate and then in almonds.

  4. Place on parchment paper and refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
