Peel bananas and cut each into 3 to 4 equal pieces.
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler or in glass bowl in microwave for 20 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating (may take 1 minute to melt).
Dip banana pieces in chocolate and then in almonds.
Place on parchment paper and refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
