The Gail Hall Kippered Salmon Clubhouse

The Rooster Cafe & Kitchen on Whyte Avenue offers the Gail Hall Kippered Salmon Clubhouse on their menu. The sandwich is composed of challah, kippered salmon, baby arugula, Gull Valley Greenhouse tomatoes, Irvings Farm bacon, red onion, and dill garlic sauce, served with house pickles and a choice of salad or potatoes.
