Tuna and Apple Sandwich

Turn an everyday sandwich into something more exciting by adding diced fruit. In the summer, add diced peaches or nectarines.

  • ½ cup Tuna (equivalent to ½ a can of solid white tuna packed in water)
  • cup Finely Diced Green Onions and Celery
  • cup Medium Diced Apple (skin on, core removed)
  • 1–2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • pinch Sea Salt
  • pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Leaf Lettuce
  • 2 slices Organic Bread
  • ½ tsp Mayonnaise


  1. In a bowl mix tuna, diced green onion and celery, diced apple, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, seal salt and black pepper.

  2. Spread 2 tsp of mayonnaise on both slices of bread.

  3. Place tuna salad on one slice of bread, cover with lettuce and bread and cut in half.
