Sugarplums

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Dried Apricots
  • ½ cup Golden Raisins
  • ½ cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut
  • ½ cup Pitted Dates
  • ¼ cup Brandy
  • 1 cup Sugar

Instructions

  1. Finely chop first 5 ingredients in a food processor; do not puree.

  2. Transfer to a bowl; mix in brandy.

  3. Form mixture into ½” to 1” balls by rolling teaspoonfuls between hands.

  4. Roll balls in sugar.

  5. Store at room temperature in airtight container.
